The 100th Bomb Group menu consists of traditional entrées from Prime Rib, New York Strip, Filet Mignon and Top Sirloin to Shrimp Scampi, and Salmon. The Lunch menu offers many hot and cold sandwiches and a variety of fresh salads. The restaurant is open for Lunch Monday through Saturday and dinner starts daily at 4:30 pm.

The restaurant and → banquet facility has a 236 seat dining room stepped to offer a view of the runways from almost any seat, and also has 5 private rooms for events such as rehearsal dinners, birthdays, anniversaries, weddings, company receptions and more. The rooms can accommodate from up to 250 guests.
